Duncan, is a 2-year-old, 10-lb male, maybe a schnoodle who came from a hoarding situation. This little tyke is very scared and has been with a wonderful foster giving him time to decompress and learn that he is safe. It is going to take some time for him to feel that strangers can be kind. We’ll update as he progresses.
