Meet Smooth Velvet, a 3-year-old, 32 lb. Doodle who was found on the streets. This girl was so badly matted, the only option was a complete shave down. There was no microchip under all of those mats or a collar and tag and no luck finding her owner. She’s now been to the vet and has her vaccines and sadly is heartworm positive. She will need to go through treatment and will need a foster while she recovers. She was very patient while being shaved down and is good with other pups.
