This brave girl was surrendered after testing positive for parvo—a scary but very preventable disease if she had been vaccinated. Kalli endured a tough battle, suffering terribly, but thanks to the incredible care from the emergency vet team and lots of intensive treatment, she pulled through against the odds. While her recovery came with a hefty $7K bill, every penny was worth saving this precious pup’s life. Now that Kalli is feeling better, she’s all puppy energy and curiosity! She absolutely loves playing fetch and romping around with other fun-loving dogs. Toys are her absolute favorite, and you’ll often find her happily chasing after them or carrying one around like a prized treasure. She’s still learning the ropes of house training—understandably so, since she’s been in quarantine after her hospital stay—but with some consistent love and guidance, she’s sure to master it in no time. When she’s not busy being the playful whirlwind underfoot, Kalli adores curling up for cozy naps on her human’s lap.
