Meet Gem, a charming 4-year-old, 18-pound salt-and-pepper Miniature Schnauzer who was just rescued from a shelter and is now on the lookout for a loving foster home while Schnauzer Rescue Texas finds her forever family. This sweet girl absolutely adores her humans and loves nothing more than staying close by your side for cuddles and companionship. While she gets along well with other dogs, Gem does have a bit of food and treat resource guarding, so she would truly shine as your one and only furry friend. Gem seems to be house trained and is ready to settle into a calm, loving environment where she can feel safe and cherished.
