After her owner, a breeder, passed away, she came to Schnauzer Rescue Texas to begin a new chapter—and she’s more than ready to find the forever family she’s always deserved. Her favorite place in the world is snuggled next to her people, whether that’s curled up on the couch or cuddled close for a relaxing evening. She’s affectionate, gentle, and loves spending quality time with her humans. Princess Pepper is also a wonderful houseguest. She’s house-trained, sleeps quietly in her kennel at night, enjoys going for walks, and walks nicely on a leash. She rides well in the car and is a perfect lady during grooming appointments, making her an easy companion to take just about anywhere. She enjoys exploring the yard with her nose, taking in all the interesting scents around her, so a securely fenced yard would be ideal. Even while she’s out investigating, she knows her name and happily comes when called. Princess Pepper gets along well with both men and women and generally does well with other dogs. She can be a little bossy with male dogs at first, but after a few days of getting acquainted, she settles in nicely and becomes part of the pack.
