Meet Kobi, a 3-year-old, 16 lb. male Miniature Schnauzer who came from a hoarding situation in Houston when 80 dogs were pulled from one home. Kobi is dealing with some non-contagious skin issues and is currently being treated. He will need a foster home that can show him what it is like to live in a normal home and get the love and attention he deserves.
