Dapper was found wandering the streets completely matted, with no collar or microchip, looking like he hadn’t seen a groomer since puppyhood. Despite his rough start, he was an absolute superstar during his grooming makeover and bath! Now safe in foster care, Dapper is settling in and showing everyone what a sweet, resilient little guy he is. He’s doing well with other dogs, is working hard on his house-training skills, and will soon be learning the joys of leash walks and neighborhood adventures–while leashed! Dapper has a fun, energetic side and can be quite the little whirlwind when he’s excited, but he settles nicely and is happiest when he’s close to his people. In fact, one of his favorite things is snuggling up for cuddles and soaking up all the love he can get.
