I had a long way to go before I was ready for adoption. Those nasty heart worms were addressed first. Then I had cataract surgery and all we going well until I got an ulcer in my one eye. I made the trip with a nice volunteer  from the Delta Animal  Rescue  Team  from Houston to my new home.  I got lots of hugs along the way and am getting lots of cuddle time now.
