🌿 Meet Bramble — One of the Woodland Five 🌿
  
  
Four-month-old Bramble is one of five scruffy little pups we affectionately call The Woodland Five: Bramble, Badger, Briar, Birch & Clover. These puppies had a beginning no dog should experience. All five were found locked together in a kennel that had been abandoned on the side of the street in the hot sun. Thankfully, they made their way to Schnauzer Rescue of Texas, and Bramble seems determined not to let his rough beginning define his story. At 15 pounds, Bramble is a happy, playful, loving puppy who gets along wonderfully with the other dogs in his foster home. His days are exactly what puppy days should be now: playing with his doggy friends, investigating everything around him, getting into a little harmless mischief, and then crashing for a well-earned puppy nap. Bramble also had his first haircut, and apparently he decided this grooming business wasn’t such a big deal. He handled it like a champ! Underneath all that puppy scruff was one very handsome little fellow. He’s kennel trained and currently working on his house-training skills. Like any four-month-old puppy, Bramble will need a family willing to continue teaching him all the things a growing pup needs to know. Most importantly, Bramble is a loving little guy who enjoys affection and being part of the action. He has plenty of puppy energy when it’s time to play, but there’s a sweet side underneath all that fun just waiting for his own family to love. His first chapter may have been rough, but Bramble’s next one is looking pretty wonderful. Maybe you’ll be the one who gets to write it with him.
