Boedy is a 2-year-old, 30-lb Schnauzer (we think a small standard) who was found on the hot streets of Houston. The finder had no luck locating his owner and turned to Schnauzer Rescue of Texas to help find him a new home. So far, we know he is great with other pups and is even cat-approved. He did great at his visit to the vet and, thankfully, is heartworm negative. His skin on his back is in horrible shape, likely due to a flea allergy. He’s being treated with medicated baths and prescription medications. He will be ready for adoption soon, as his skin heals. Ask for Boedy when you complete your application under the Adopt tab.
