Dunkin is a 9-year-old, 15 lb. Miniature Schnauzer who was abandoned by his owners down in the Valley, where the temperatures are downright brutal. Thankfully, this little guy is now safe, has seen the vet, and has received the care he needs.
Unfortunately, Dunkin does have some challenges ahead. He has lower back pain that affects the stability of his hind legs, along with a mass on his spleen. We’re hoping to find someone who can look past his medical concerns and see the wonderful little companion he is. He is a dapper gentleman and a gem who has mastered the finer things in life. He’s house-trained, loves leisurely strolls, and considers lounging in a sunny spot a perfectly respectable way to spend an afternoon. He’s also an A+ napper who takes his relaxation duties very seriously. Dunkin gets along with his foster cat and will even share a bed with his feline friend! He also does well with the other dogs in his foster home. This sweet senior isn’t asking for much. Just a soft place to land, a little sunshine, a few short walks, and someone who will love him for exactly who he is. We can’t promise Dunkin’s road ahead will be without bumps, but we can promise he deserves to spend it surrounded by kindness, comfort, and love. Ask for Dunkin under the Adopt tab on the website.
