Meet Sage, a 5-year-old, 16 lb Miniature Schnauzer who came to SRT when her owner could no longer care for her. She has had her vet visit and was treated for a very nasty ear infection. Sage is spayed, and her house training is being evaluated. She loves humans, both big and small. She’s a definite velcro dog and wants to be near a human. She is shy around other dogs but has been interested in starting to play with others. With a little time, she should be brave enough to engage in playtime with them. She’s friendly with the cat and even the kittens. She is described as a high-energy, playful pup who loves doing zoomies and playing with toys. As more is learned about her, we’ll update her bio. Ask for Sage when you complete your application under the Adopt tab. Adoption fee: $300
