Brown Sugar recently came to Schnauzer Rescue Texas after her beloved senior owner could no longer care for her. While saying goodbye was difficult, her former owner wanted to make sure she had the opportunity to find another wonderful home where she would be cherished. Now fully vetted and ready for adoption, Brown Sugar has quickly won over everyone she’s met. She’s a friendly, affectionate little girl who gets along beautifully with other dogs and enjoys making new friends. She walks nicely on a leash and loves getting out for leisurely strolls with her people. She’s also discovering the joys of using a dog door and is quickly catching on to the freedom of coming and going for potty breaks and backyard adventures. Above all else, Brown Sugar loves being close to her humans.
