Meet Swiffer, a charming 5-year-old, 11-pound liver-colored Miniature Schnauzer with a heart as big as his personality! Swiffer’s family had to make the tough decision to surrender him because they couldn’t afford his care, but now he’s ready for a fresh start filled with love and happiness. Swiffer is house-trained and leash-trained, making him a wonderful companion for everyday life. While Swiffer is a little shy at first, he quickly bonds to new people. Per his former owners, he’s great with kids, gentle and patient, and gets along beautifully with other dogs—and even cats! Though his last grooming was a bit rough, requiring a full shave-down due to severe matting, Swiffer took it all in stride. He lost his signature Schnauzer beard and eyebrows, but don’t worry—they’ll grow back soon, and he’ll be looking dapper again in no time. He was nervous at the vet getting his vaccines and heartworm test, but with gentle talking, he did fine.
