Coco is a sweet 5-year-old Schnauzer, weighing in at 32 lbs, who’s ready to find her forever home. Life has thrown her a curveball—her dad passed away, and his 84-year-old spouse isn’t able to care for this lovely girl anymore. Now, Coco is looking for a loving foster or forever family to shower her with the love she deserves. She’s spayed, house-trained, and crate-trained, making her a wonderful companion. Coco adores playing with other dogs and is great with kids too! While she’s never met a cat before, she’s full of curiosity and love to share. She does experience some separation anxiety, so she’d thrive best in a home where she won’t be left alone for long—apartment living isn’t ideal for her. Vet visits can make her a little nervous, but with calm voices and gentle care, she quickly settles down. Grooming is a breeze since a mobile groomer visits her at home, and she’s perfectly comfortable with that routine. Let’s help Coco find the loving home she truly deserves! NOTE: When Coco was surrendered to SRT, the foster noticed that she had bloody urine. An x-ray confirmed numerous bladder stones which will require surgery. She is scheduled at the vet and will be ready for adoption once cleared. Poor girl has been suffering from some time.
