Espresso (Houston, TX)

I’m Espresso a male black Miniature Schnauzer who is about three years old and weighs about fifteen pounds with natural ears and a docked tail. I was involved in a traffic accident — it wasn’t my fault, although I guess I shouldn’t have been on the streets. I was saved in the nick of time from the shelter who were going to kill me because I had a cold.  I’ve had some major orthopedic surgery to repair some broken bones in my pelvis and femur. I’ve recovered far beyond expectations now enjoying walks and hopping up on the couch. My foster mom says I’m a delightful little companion who gets along well with other dogs and is adapting well to the cat in the home. I love to sleep near my humans and am always ready for a cozy snuggle session on the couch. I quickly learned the routines of my foster family, am fully house trained, and walk wonderfully on a leash. I’ve been through a lot but  sometimes nip when frightened when being picked up. My foster mom can explain better and is recommending me for a home without small children. Click the Adopt tab, complete your application and ask for me, Espresso, as a pup of interest. My adoption fee is $400
